PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-9 is orally active EZH2 PROTAC degrader degrading EZH2 via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-9 downregulates PRC2 core subunits and potent inhibition of H3K27me3 without affecting common CRBN neosubstrates while it was selective over GSp'T1 and ikZF1/3. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-9 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity against multiple cancer cell lines by inducing cell cycle and apoptosis. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-9 reverses PRC2-mediated gene silencing and inhibiting EZH2 non-catalytic target gene activation. Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
