Description	Aloperine is an alkaloid with diverse biological activities including antiviral, anticancer, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory actions. It inhibits HIV-1 replication and envelope-mediated cell-cell fusion in vitro. Aloperine also inhibits the growth of HL-60, U937, and K562 leukemia cell lines.
