Description	TFMT (Trifluoromethyl-tubercidin) inhibits methyltransferase 1 (MTr1) through interaction at its S-adenosyl-l-methionine binding pocket to restrict influenza virus replication. TFMT is active against influenza A virus (IAV) and influenza B virus (IBV) but not hazara virus (HAZV) or Issyk-Kul virus (ISKV).
