Description	HuR Degrader 2 (Compound 3) is a molecular glue that targets the RNA-binding protein HuR, degrading ~30% of HuR at 0.1 μM. It inhibits the proliferation of Colo-205 cancer cells with an IC50 ≤ 200 nM and exhibits high cereblon binding affinity, as evidenced by an HTRF ratio < 0.02.
