Description	Cefotetan Sodium, also known as ICI-156834 and YM-09330, is a second-generation cephalosporin, cephamycin antibiotic that is active against a wide range of both aerobic and anaerobic gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Cefotetan binds to penicillin-binding proteins and disrupts the cell wall synthesis.
