Description	C12-SPM is a polyamine branched-chain lipidoid.1 It has been used in combination with other lipids in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of siRNA targeting the host protein kinase protein kinase C-related kinase 2 (PRK2) to inhibit hepatitis C virus (HCV) replication in Huh7 cells and a mouse model of HCV infection.
