Description	Fluorolintane exhibits high affinity for N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors with a Ki of 87.92 nM. Fluorolintane inhibits prepulse inhibition in rats. Fluorolintane also inhibits NMDA receptor-induced field excitatory postsynaptic potentials in rat hippocampal slices.
