Description	Ilginatinib, also known as NS-018, is a selective JAK2 inhibitor. Ilginatinib preferentially inhibits CFU-GM colony formation by bone marrow mononuclear cells from high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome patients. NS-018 suppressed the phosphorylation of STAT3 in colony-forming cells from MDS patients. NS-018 reduces myeloma cell proliferation and suppresses osteolysis through inhibition of the JAK2 and Src signaling pathways.
