Description	IR-117-17(A10-LIN) is an ionizable, degradable lipid for nebulized mRNA delivery. Nebulized IR-117-17 LNPs produced a 300-fold improvement in lung mRNA delivery over the top previously described LNP. and a two-fold improvement over the previously reported PBAE, including up to a 45-fold improvement in delivery to the large airways.
