It demonstrates 80-fold greater potency than SR-4835 in MDA-MB-231 cells and a remarkable 307-fold increase in potency (EC50 = 0.03 nM) in MDA-MB-468 cells, while its degradation efficiency (DC50 = 0.38 nM) is 50-fold enhanced.
