Description	Pravibismane, also known as BisEDT, MBN 101, is a novel broad-spectrum topical anti-infective and an antibacterial agent against a broad range of gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens. Pravibismane inhibited adherence of P. aeruginosa to 16HBE14o- cells by 28% and to a collagen matrix by 53%. Pravibismane-treated bacteria were also 100-fold more sensitive to serum bactericidal activity.
