Description	SJ018 (SJ-018) is a potent, highly selective BET BD2 inhibitor with Kd of 14 nM (BRD2-BD2), 67-fold selectivity over BRD2-BD1. SJ018 is more effective than JQ1 in increasing FRAP in cells, potently inhibits MV4-11 cell growth with GI50 of 2-3 nM (Days3-7).
