ODN TTAGGG (A151), inhibitory oligonucleotide (ODN), is a TLR9, AIM2 and cGAS antagonist. ODN TTAGGG is immunosuppressive and inhibits AIM2 inflammasome activation, as well as cGAS activation, by competing with DNA. Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
