ALM301 is an orally active highly specific AKT inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.13 µM, 0.09 µM and 2.75 µM for AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3, respectively. ALM301 inhibits AKT phosphorylation and modulates downstream signalling in vitro. ALM301 can inhibit cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth.

Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C.
