JAK05 exhibits inhibitory activity against Helicobacter pylori, inhibits strains J63, J196 and J107 with MIC of 3-5 µg/mL. JAK05 exhibits binding affinity to H+/K+-ATPase, COX-1/2, TNF-α and PGE2, reveals antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. JAK05 exhibits anti-ulcer activity in rat ethanol-induced gastric ulcer models.

Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C.
