DDO-6691 is a heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) inhibitor. DDO-6691 has antiproliferative effects on a variety of tumor cells, with HCT-116 colon cancer cells being the most sensitive (IC50: 1.08 μM). DDO-6691 exhibits potent tumor growth inhibition in the HCT-116 xenograft mouse model.

Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C.
