Description	iDeg-6 is a pseudo-natural product derived from (−)-myrtanol, that inhibit and induce degradation of the immunomodulatory enzyme indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) by a distinct mechanism. iDeg-1 inhibits kynurenine (Kyn) with IC50 of 16 nM and DC50 of 6.5 nM for IDO1 degradation.
