Description	GL-4512 is a preclinical small-molecule direct modulator of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor B4 (LILRB4, also known as ILT3/CD85k). It binds to immobilized LILRB4 protein, inhibits the LILRB4–SCG2 interaction, and suppresses LILRB4-mediated immunosuppressive signaling pathways associated with tumor immune evasion.
