Description	DOTA-GPC3 is a ligand for radiotracer targeting glypican GPC3 . DOTA-GPC3 molecule is consisted of a chelator DOTA for radioactive metal ions and a GPC targeting peptide for binding glypican GPC3. Glypican-3 (GPC3) is highly expressed in HCC but not in normal liver tissue, making it a promising target for PET-based molecular imaging, which may complement existing approaches for HCC diagnosis.
