Description	LC-1 (LC-lipid-1) is an ionizable lipid identified by screening a 384-member Ugi-reaction library with a large, 5.7-kb ABE–NanoLuc mRNA cargo. The cited study evaluated LC-1 lipid nanoparticles for delivery of Cas9 and base-editing cargos to the liver, brain and lung in mice, using different formulations and administration routes.
