LIBX-A403 blocks ACSL4-mediated ferroptosis-promoting phospholipid remodeling. LIBX-A403 is promising for research of cancers (e.g., triple-negative breast cancer) and neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s disease).
