Description	p-MPPF is a selective 5-HT antagonist that dose-dependently antagonizes the reduction of phosphorylated Erk1/2 levels in the hippocampus induced by 8-OH-DPAT. Aripiprazole N-oxide is formed from aripiprazole by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP2D6 and CYP3A4.
