Remisporine B exhibits immunosuppressive efficacy, that inhibits concanavalin A-induced T-cell proliferation and LPS- induced B-cell proliferations of mouse splenic lymphocytes with IC50 of 30.1 µg/mL and 32.4 µg/mL.
