DZ-2384 (DZ2384) is a microtubule-targeting agent, exhibits potent antitumor activity in models of multiple cancer types; binds the vinca domain of tubulin, DZ-2384 has potent antitumor activity as a single agent and in combination with gemcitabine both in vitro and in vivo, enhances gemcitabine activity in mouse models of pancreatic cancer.
