Description:

S-C025 is a highly potent antagonist of oxoeicosanoid receptor (OXE receptor) with IC50 of 0.12 nM; inhibits 5-oxo-ETE-induced calcium mobilization in human neutrophils; the highly potent OXE-R antagonists may provide a novel strategy for the treatment of eosinophilic disorders like asthma.
