Description:

A novel potent, selective Mcl-1 inhibitor with IC50 of <3 nM in FRET assays; displays >1,000-fold selectivity over Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL; induces cleaved caspase-3 in MV4-11 cells with IC50 of 3.78 uM.
