Description:

A novel specific p110β inhibitor with IC50 of 5.74 nM; dispalys 150-fold and 745-fold selectivity over p110α or p110δ; blocks G1 phase cell cycle entry by reducing cyclin D1 but increasing p27kip1 protein levels, overcomes MDV3100-resistance in castration-resistant prostate cancer cells.
