Description:

A potent, selective, reversible rhomboid proteases inhibitor with Ki of 45 nM for GlpG ; does not inhibit most of the human serine hydrolases with the exception of PRCP and DPP7; potently inhibits endogenous GlpG in living E.coli. with IC50 of 2.7 nM.
