Description:

A novel, potent, and selective p110δ PI3K inhibitor with IC50 of 0.1 nM in cell-based assays; displays >100-fold selectivity over p110α, p110β and p110γ; potently reduces mouse B cell proliferation, survival, and plasmablast differentiation while increasing antibody class switching to IgG1; potently inhibits human B cell proliferation in vitro at 10 nM, but not the p110γ selective inhibitor AS-252424.
