Description:

AT-090 is a novel potent, selective nociceptin/orphanin FQ receptor (NOP receptor) agonist with Ki of 5.61 nM; displays >15-fold selectivity over mu, and >40-fold over kappa opioid receptors; induces concentration dependent contractions of the mouse colon tissues with potency and efficacy similar to N/OFQ; a useful pharmacological tool for investigating the therapeutic potential of NOP partial agonists.
