Description:

A benzodiazepine inhibitor that directly interacts with RUNX1 and CBFβ, represses RUNX1/CBFβ-dependent transactivation in reporter assays; represses runx1-dependent hematopoiesis in zebrafish embryos; preferentially kills human CBF leukemia cell lines (IC50=1.1 uM), rescues preleukemic phenotype in a RUNX1-ETO transgenic zebrafish, and reduces leukemia burden in a mouse CBFB-MYH11 leukemia model.
