Description:

A novel potent, combined serotonin 5-HT1A and 5-HT1B receptor antagonist with Ki of 0.13 and 2.4 nM in brain homogenates, respectively; shows preclinical properties consistent with CNS drug potential, including nanomolar receptor affinity and efficacy in rodent models of learning and memory, shows the potential for the treatment of cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease.
