T5342126 is a potent, selective TLR4 inhibitor, inhibits LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264 macrophage cells with IC50 of 27.8 uM; shows effectivity in reducing ethanol drinking and inhibiting the activation and proliferation of microglia in both ethanol-dependent and non-dependent mice.
