Description:

WOBE-437 (WOBE437) is a potent, selective endocannabinoid uptake inhibitor with IC50 of 10 nM, with an outstanding 1,000-fold selectivity over FAAH; exerts pronounced cannabinoid receptor-dependent anxiolytic, antiinflammatory, and analgesic effects in mice by increasing endocannabinoid levels; WOBE437 is orally bioavailable, significantly elevates AEA in the somatosensory cortex, inhibits analgesia in the hot plate test in a cannabinoid CB1 receptor-dependent manner, without inducing catalepsy or affecting locomotion.
