Description:

A potent inhibitor of TrkA with IC50 of 2.9 nM, also inhibits TrkB, TrkC; shows weak inhibition for PDGFR and bFGFR, has no effect on EGF, IGF-I, insulin, ErbB receptors; exhibits anti-tumor efficacy against tumors derived from NIH3T3 cells transfected with trkA; inhibits tumor growth in MTC cell xenografts.
