Description:

A potent and biologically-active PDE4/7 inhibitor with IC50 of 50-100 nM for PDE4A/B/D, and 140 nM for both PDE7A/B; showed only modest activity (IC50=3 uM) against PDE2A and PDE11A, and little to no activity (IC50 >10 uM) against PDE1C/3B/5A /8A/9A/10A; displays exceptional anti-inflammatory activity and induces apoptosis in CLL cells.
