Description:

A novel potent, selective PDE1 inhibitor with IC50 of 13/45/1.4 nM for PDE1A/B/C, respectively; shows no signigicant inhibitory effects at other PDEs (at least micromolar concentrations); induces concentration-dependent relaxations reduced by ODQ and SQ22536 in rat isolated mesenteric arteries; dose-dependently lowers mean BP and increases heart rate in anaesthetized rats.
