Description:

ALS-8112 is a potent, selective RSV polymerase inhibitor, the 5'-triphosphate of ALS-8112 (ALS-8112-TP) inhibits RSV polymerase(IC50=20 nM) without appreciable inhibition of human DNA and RNA polymerases; ALS-8112 is the active form of ALS-8176, inhibits all strains of RSV in vitro and is specific for paramyxoviruses and rhabdoviruses.
