Description:

INO-1001 is a potent, selective poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) with IC50 of <50 nM in CHO cells; significantly radiosensitizes human and rodent cell lines at 10 uM (enhancement ratios 1.4-1.6), enhances radiation-induced cell killing by interfering with DNA repair mechanisms, resulting in necrotic cell death; attenuates various aspects of the pathophysiological response in a clinically relevant experimental model of burn/smoke inhalation injury.Brain CancerDiscontinued
