Description:

JPC-3210 is a potent antimalarial agent with IC50 of 2.5-19 nM, remains activity against multidrug-resistant Plasmodium falciparum lines with little cytotoxicity in mammalian cell lines; exhibits longer plasma elimination half-life, and excellent in vivo efficacy against murine malaria.
