Description:

An imidazoacridinone analogue with potent in vivo antitumour activity, inhibits the catalytic activity of Topoisomerase II; induces p53-dependent senescence or p53-independent apoptosis and sensitizes cancer cells to radiation, also induces autophagy in a non-p53-dependent manner, and effectively improves the radiosensitivity of a panel of cancer cell lines.
