AM-6226 (AM6226) is a potent, selective, orally bioavailable GPR40 (FFA1) full agonist with EC50 of 0.12 uM; displays significant glucose lowering during an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 1 and 10 mg/kg in prediabetic cynomolgus monkeys.
