Clobenpropit (VUF-9153) is a highly potent histamine H3 antagonist/inverse agonist with pA2 value of 9.93, also displays partial agonist activity at H4 receptors; increases brain histidine decarboxylase activity dose dependently, inhibits electrically induced convulsions in mice.
