Description:

AMR-2 is a highly potent, orally active, triple reuptake inhibitor of SERT, NET, and DAT with IC50 of 3.0, 3.1, and 8.3 nM, respectively; showed efficacy in the rat forced-swim and mouse tail suspension models with minimum effective doses of 0.3 and 1 mg/kg (po), exhibits substantial occupancy levels at the three transporters in both rat and mouse brain.
