Description:

Eggmanone is a potent, selective inhibitor of PDE4 with (IC50=72 nM) that antagonizes the Hedgehog signaling pathway; displays 40-50-fold selectiviyt over PDE3, PDE10, and PDE11; causes selective activation of protein kinase A, regulates Gli processing and translocation, and inhibits the increase in the fraction of Gli2FL in the nucleus stimulated by SAG.
