Description:

MRL20 is a novel synthetic PPARγ ligand and orthosteric agonist with canonical LBP binding affinity of 2 nM; can bind to the alternate site of PPARγ covalently bound to an endogenous ligand, increases TRAP220 binding and decreases NCoR binding to 15-oxoETE bound PPARγ with EC50 of 20-30 uM.
