Description:

AZ 4800 is a potent γ-secretase modulator that reduces Aβ40 and Aβ42 levels in HEK/APPswe cells with IC50 of 26 nM and 60 nM, also decreases Aβ39, whereas increases both Aβ37 and Aβ38.
