Description:

WAY-362692 is a small molecule inhibitor of the secreted frizzled-related protein sFRP-1 with IC50 of 20 nM in FP binding assay; exhibits Wnt signaling inhibition in U2-OS cell lines with EC50 of 30 nM; increases total bone area (75%) relative to the vehicle control in an ex vivo mouse calvaria model for bone formation.
