Description:

QO IIR is a reversible, tight-binding inhibitor inhibitor of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) with IC50 of 320 nM; fully reverses the reserpine-induced catalepsy in vivo, demonstrates behavioural and neurochemical effects in reserpinized rats treated with LD/CD.
