Description:

JHU-083 inhibits increased glutaminase activity in isolated CD11b+ cells, but not other cells in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of mice subjected to CSDS. JHU-083 suppresses CSDS-induced upregulation of proinflammatory cytokines in CD11b+ cells. [1
